Research & innovation
Intense clinical and experimental research, working directly in the service of care.
Research is part of care. Here, the questions raised at the bedside shape our projects, and the results come back to the operating room.
This work is supported by two Inserm–Université Paris-Saclay joint research units and a clinical research unit, which coordinates the trials and studies run at the Centre.
Clinical and experimental researchInnovation
The Centre uses machines that recreate physiological perfusion conditions to assess and improve grafts.

A dedicated platform to assess, and sometimes recover, livers intended for transplantation.
Augmented operating room
The Centre takes part in the "Augmented Operating Room" (BOPA) innovation chair, which designs and tests digital innovations in the operating room: artificial intelligence, digital twins, vision and robotics, in the service of the quality and safety of care.
